This Returns & Refunds guide outlines how BioX ApS stands behind the quality of our FMG technology. If you need to return an item or make a warranty claim, please review our structured process below.
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your hardware. To be eligible for a return, the sensor kit must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
As specified in our Product Terms, we provide a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal research use.
Returns & Refunds: The RMA Process
Before returning any product for a refund or warranty claim, you must follow our mandatory RMA procedure:
Step 1: Contact us at biox@bioxgroup.dk to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Ensure your RMA number is clearly marked on the package. Packages sent without a valid RMA number may be refused.
Step 3: Ship the item to our headquarters in Denmark.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the direct shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a confirmed warranty defect.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
