Overview of BioX Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the official BioX Terms and Conditions. These BioX Terms and Conditions govern your store experience and pricing in DKK/EURO. Please read these BioX Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are shown in DKK or EURO.

  • All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe.

  • Prices do not include delivery charges unless specified. 

  • If orders are made outside Europe they may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

2. Payment

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped. 

3. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. If an item is out of stock you will be informed by e-mail.

4. Shipping and Handling

  • Denmark: Orders inside Denmark will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.

  • International: International orders will be delivered within 1-10 working days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

Please Note:

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

  • Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays.

  • BioX ApS cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

5. Return and Exchange

BioX ApS accepts returns and offers you 14 days of return from the date on your receipt. Please send an email to sales@bioxgroup.dk and mark the mail “return + order number“.

Conditions:

  • Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received with tags attached.

  • Return of goods is at your own expense and must be sent as an insured parcel and be safely wrapped.

  • Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the due amount to your account.

  • We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.

6. Complaints

Consumer complaints can be directed to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). Follow this link for more instructions: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

7. Availability

  • Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can’t guarantee that all available products at BioX ApS shop are in stock when your order is processed.

  • In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

  • We aim to keep the expected delivery stated in the item description but delays on the production can occur.

8. Guarantee

  • All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.

  • This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.

  • In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact: biox@bioxgroup.dk including your order number, images of the claim and a description.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal information stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with the utmost care. The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.
